Is World of Warcraft the best mmorpg?

Why are so many ppl playing wow? I've tested it and finded it to be a great game but I don't think it's better then other games like Age of Conan and Lord of the Rings online.

How many of you other guys are playing wow? and Why are wow so good?

I just wrote a long text with the answer, but it got deleted, so I'll just tell you my opinion. WoW is old now. While WoW gets older and older, other games such as Lord of the Rings Online and Age of Conan is rising from the ground. If you are looking for an MMORPG and don't know which one to choose, I suggest you choose Lotro. Lotro has been an exelent and stable MMO from it's release and it's constantly growing. all the time new features and landmasses pops up here and there. I choose lotro!

Indeed lotro is a great mmo. Probably the best I've ever played. The strength in lotro is that the world middle earth is so well developed and that Tolkien spent so much time describing it in all his books.
